if a planet spins, which all of them do, then the core temp of that planet would be hot, heating the planet from the inside out.. like our planet for example, go deep enough under ground and it stays a comfortable 70 some odd degrees..
so technically, ‘yes’ but then again.. no..
you should also look at examples of things on our own planet that live in ‘impossible enviornments’ (aka boiling hot water or ice cold depths of the ocean ect..)
